Now you can get £3,500 instead of £2,700 for your gas central heating system and £6,000 instead of £4,000 for oil fired central heating system under the WARM FRONT SCHEME

The Warm Front Scheme will provide you with a package of insulation and/or heating measures up to a maximum value of £3,500 (or £6,000 or £6,000 where oil, low carbon or renewable technologies are recommended), less the value of all works previously completed in the property under the Warm Front.

You could receive a combination of the following:


Insulation improvements

  • Loft insulation
  • Draughtproofing
  • Cavity-wall insulation
  • Hot-water-tank insulation

    • Heating improvements

  • Gas, electric or oil central heating
  • Repairs to your exiting heating
  • Converting a solid-fuel open fire to a glass-fronted fire
  • Some homes that need oil central heating may receive a grant of up to £6000
